Favorite Core Memory: One of my core memories is from my final interview with Skye and Justin. What really stuck with me was when Justin asked what I expected from them as my managers in my first 90 days. I answered with things that were all work-related, but then he completely flipped the script. He told me that, above everything else, the biggest thing they wanted to give me was support; not just at work, but on a personal level too.
That moment hit different. It felt like when you’re about to eat something and you already know what flavor to expect, but then you take that first bite and it’s so unexpectedly perfect. It was such a clear sign that this wasn’t just a job; it was a place where I’d be genuinely supported and understood.
