Install WP Bulk Poster Sync plugin (download below) on your main WordPress site

Add two text columns to your Monday board: Google Doc URL (paste doc link per item) and WordPress Site (paste target site URL, e.g. mclendoncleaners.com)

Get your Board ID — open your board in Monday, look at the URL: monday.com/boards/1234567890

Get your API Token — Monday.com → click your avatar (top right) → Developers → My Access Tokens → Copy
From the URL: monday.com/boards/THIS NUMBER
The column name in Monday whose value triggers posting. Default: Status. Only this column is checked — prevents false triggers from other columns.
