POS Integration & Technology

SMRT (deepest integration, available with Agency Max), CleanCloud, SPOT, Enlite, Cents (laundromat-focused), and others by request. We'll confirm compatibility during the Growth Assessment.
Not for most of our services. For full-funnel POS-integrated reporting (Agency Max), we work best with SMRT and similar systems. Other services work across most POS platforms.
For Agency Max, we integrate with your POS (via SMRT or compatible system) to tie marketing leads all the way through to first visit and ongoing revenue. For other plans, we report on lead volume and visit data; full POS-to-revenue tracking is exclusive to Agency Max.
For Agency Max with full POS integration, yes — securely and only for reporting purposes. Access permissions and data handling are confirmed in the service agreement.
